Jan J Lategan

Jan J Lategan was a researcher, author, and lecturer on Natural Health. As a scientist, he did well over 12,000 hours worth of research on disease prevention.

Approximately 12 years ago, Jan started experiencing blackouts, even while driving. Four different specialists and four days in hospital for observation did not solve the problem.

He could not drive and was compelled to do his own research and found the reason for his problem within three months. Since then, he never had a blackout. This served as a stimulus for investigation the prevention of other diseases.

Jan had done twelve years of intensive research on preventing disease through lifestyle and natural supplements. Good results were achieved with asthma, memory loss, high blood pressure, migraine headaches, spastic colon, arthritis, prostate problems, restless legs, palpitations, diaphragm rupture, shingles, gout, lupus, sinus, etc.

In February 2016, Jan unfortunately passed away, and his book, Natural Health Tips, is unfortunately no longer in print or available for purchase.

Other books written by the same author are “Weg Met Kwale” & Natuurlike Gesondheidswenke” (both written in 2012).
